The breakthrough technology lifts hair 3-4 levels, so no pre-lightening is required. To speed up processing time, use a pre-heated warm (not hot) heat source for up to 15 minutes maximum. Cool for 5 minutes at room temperature. Use exclusively with the recommended oxidant, Oreor 40 volume maximum. Important information Safety Information Haircolor can cause an allergic reaction. Wear gloves. Directions Mix 1 tube of color with 2.5oz of 30 volume developer and process for 30 minutes. May be used with brush & bowl, or bottle application.
